Visit of the University of Pisa to Human Connections

31 March 2025
On the afternoon of Monday, March 31, about fifty students from the University of Pisa visited the Human Connections exhibition by Filippo Tincolini in Pietrasanta. The students were accompanied by Professor Alessandro Tosi, director of the Museo della Grafica in Pisa and professor of modern art history at the course of studies in Performing Arts and Communication.

Following the visit to the exhibition (located in the squares of Pietrasanta and in the rooms of the Chiostro di Sant’Agostino), the meeting with the artist took place in the Sala dell’Annunziata.
The meeting turned into an opportunity for lively and participatory discussion, enriched by the contributions of Gianfranco Adornato (Scuola Normale Superiore), Luciano Massari (artist), Sonia Maffei (University of Pisa) and Alessandro Tosi himself. The reflections of the speakers were accompanied by the video and images taken by Laura Veschi.
Questions, observations and interesting interventions by students animated a day dedicated to dialogue between art, research and education.
