Each stage of the Pietà project is conceived as an integrated installation that fuses art, voice, and space.
Not a traditional exhibition, but an experiential journey in which sculpture, photography, and words come together to convey a single message: compassion as the foundation of humanity.
The installation
The marble sculpture, placed at the center of the space, is illuminated with carefully calibrated lighting to enhance its sculptural power and the sacredness of the material.
Around it, a photographic exhibition documents both the creation process of the work and the story that inspired it.
Completing the journey, the monologue by Federico Quaranta — written and performed as a narrative prologue to the work — invites the audience to pause in silence, in a moment of shared reflection.
