Opening August 1st at 7:00 PM Piazzetta Umberto I Liquid Art System Capri

"Out of Scale, Within Scale" is the title of the exhibit/event that Filippo Tincolini will inaugurate in Capri on August 1st, thanks to the collaboration with Liquid Art System, which has been promoting public art installations on the island for years. The work, a monumental sculpture over 4 meters tall in fluorescent light blue resin, will be placed in the famous Piazzetta, just steps from the Campanile. It depicts a standing astronaut with crossed arms, symbolizing a profound duality: humanity's insatiable desire to cross the thresholds of the unknown and the inescapable call of our earthly origins.

The open-air installation will be accompanied by an exhibition at the main location of Liquid Art System, at Via Vittorio Emanuele 56. In addition to other resin Spaceman figures in various sizes and colors, the exhibit will also feature recent works from the "Florerie Soul" series, in marble, with evident references to classical art.

The installation in the Piazzetta will remain on display until October 30th, while the gallery exhibition will be open until September 30th.
